My credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute,  SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resources Management, Change Management certificate from the Association for Talent Development, Integrated Talent Management certificate from the Association for Talent Development, Flow Certified Professional Coach from the Flow Coaching Institute, and Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation. I am certified in a number of psychological assessments, and I have extensive experience as a leader, consultant, and change agent within organizations regarding Human Resources, Talent Management, and the Learning & Development fields.
